Transactional data can be automatically created by the HCM Extension Applications or defined by a user. The data are available in write mode via the Data Entry module, and can be queried and reported via the Data Research module.

Figure 3. Data Entry module: read/write property “Actual Costs Entries” Figure 4 shows the object “Position” used in the Cost of Turnover Management application. The data property “Position Training Costs” is defined by the user to enter and track position-specific training costs. It can be added as a user-defined cost to the cost model in the “Costs of Turnover” Application.
