The Costs of E-Learning Analyzer is designed to define an ad-hoc summary report for a set of pre-defined parameterized calculated costs. The set can be expanded and/or customized during the implementation of the Costs Of E-Learning application. Depending on the structure of the report, the user can select multiple nested groupings using all data relations starting with the “Course Type” or “Course” data object, as well as, different types of summary operations. A report can be viewed as a nested data grid, chart or in a print preview mode. The ad-hoc report can be saved as a Costs of E-Learning Report member.

In the example on the left the user selected a report summarized by “Total Costs of Course” and grouped it by “Delivery Type” and “Course Type.” The report is being viewed in the chart mode. The structure of the classroom delivery type by different course types is shown.

The Costs Of E-Learning Report module offers a set of pre-defined parameterized reports. The set can be expanded and/or customized during the implementation of the Cos of E-Learning component. The module provides several tools for ad-hoc layout configuration, report parameter setup, and configuration of the frequency and type of the report distribution. A report can be viewed as a nested data grid or in print preview mode.

In the example on the left a user selected report “Course Type Detailed Development Costs.” It shows different cost types that constituted the calculated development costs. The report has period parameters “From” and “To” as well as selection of a delivery type. The report shows summaries and details by years and course. It’s being viewed in the data grid mode.
