To respond to and seize the opportunities extending business capabilities of traditional HCM systems, FlexIntel offers solutions united as an extension suite. It consists of three applications:
|
's HCM Extension applications deliver the following business capabilities:
- HR owned and continuously run metrics on the cost of hiring and other employee turnover costs; measuring effectiveness of HR staff retention efforts
- Comprehensive cost analysis of the company's E-Learning program, providing the basis for planning and optimization decisions in the program
- HR owned and run management of the access rules for physical and systems facilities, including access compliance; creating a centralized source for compliance reporting and notifications on access rules violations; raising the cost awareness on the effectiveness of the access management function
The applications can be installed individually or as a packaged suite. The package can be rolled out in a phased fashion with the first installation providing the foundation for the subsequent ones. The applications are built with common technological and architectural framework, data gathering and integration processes, and user-centric design. The common foundation of the suite is built around the three modules that make our solutions user-configurable and flexible in meeting changing business needs:
- creating a simple business objects-based environment for internal data definitions as well as data integration from external data sources
- providing read/write access to data including the data visualization and business object navigation features that can be used for data search and analysis
- enabling query management and business intelligence capabilities
's HCM Extension applications are united by our business convictions, namely, that the cost calculation and analysis capabilities delivered by our solutions bring significant business value. That is why we call the suite cost-driven extensions. They can help businesses achieve higher effectiveness of investments in Human Capital. |
